London Apartments offers a range of serviced apartments in convenient locations in the city of London. You can book these apartments from a minimum period of a single day to a maximum period of thirty days.


Serviced apartments are self-contained apartments which contain all the facilities of a normal home living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Serviced apartments offer all the amenities of hotel while still feeling like a home away from home.

Perhaps the greatest advantage a serviced apartment has is the advantage of having a much more spacious living area and sleeping area. Serviced apartments also offer you the freedom to live however you feel most comfortable. The facilities on offer also allow you to cook your own food or work at your leisure without worrying about the cost of extra amenities as you would at a hotel.

Our apartments vary in size and space and are capable of accommodating anywhere from two to six people. Most of these apartments have one or more bedrooms or bathrooms to accommodate an increased number of guests. For more details please refer to “Our Properties”.

All of our apartments contain a separate living area, as well as a terrace. We also offer many amenities during your stay including HDTV with Freeview, dedicated internet access and direct dial telephone.

All of our apartments come standard with a kitchenette, as well as an oven and a microwave. Cutlery and utensils are also provided. They also have a washing machine, as well as a clothes dryer available. Bed linens and towels are provided according to the appropriate amount of guests currently booked and extra linens and towels can be provided on request.

If you prefer not to cook, the apartment is conveniently located near several restaurants and pubs which serve national and international cuisines.

Four Stars

An apartment with four stars has a great service with a broad range of facilities on offer and is located in convenient locations near London attractions. Amenities such as street parking and a larger Kitchenette or a private bathroom may be available as well as other features for business or leisure guests.

Five Stars

These apartments offer the best service and facilities available. With its locations a stones’ throw from famous London landmarks and a host of facilities including private parking, private terrace, communal gym, etc. These apartments combine luxury and style to offer the best possible service on offer.

Our apartments are monitored 24 hours a day at street level by CCTVs and secured by intercoms within the apartments themselves, making them some of the safest and most secure locations to have your vacations.

Simply fill out your details, ensure that you input the correct email and follow the automated process for easy booking. Once you have booked a location, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number. Simply print this out and bring it with you when you check in.

If you have booked your apartment online you may amend your booking through using your confirmation number. Amending your booking will require you to cancel and rebook your apartment for your selected dates. A cancellation fee may apply according to the cancellation policy. If you have booked your apartment through one of our booking managers, a cancellation fee may apply if the time of cancellation is less than two weeks before booking.

Due to a high demand for our accommodations we ask that you book as early as possible to avoid problems with availability. The total number of guests within the apartments at any time is not allowed exceed the number displayed within the property description or the number of guests at the time of booking. This includes children of all ages which must be counted as one guest per child. Extra Guests outside of the number booked charges will be added according to the total bill divided by the number of nights. [Original Bill + (Total Bill/Total No. of Nights Stayed)]

Yes you will be asked to pay a deposit before checking in to your apartment. This deposit is dependent on the location you have booked during the duration of your stay. Payment may be made by Debit Card, Credit Card or Cash in Pounds or Euros. A nominal charge is applicable for UK and non-UK customers.

For UK customers – 0% – Debit Card, 3% – Credit Card

For Non-UK Customers – 3% – Debit Card, 5% – Credit Card

Full payment must be made to the booking manager on your arrival at the apartment. You will also be required to pay £150 security deposit upon arrival as well.

We ask that you provide us with your itinerary at least five days before you are scheduled to arrive for your check in. We also ask that you call us at least ten minutes (30 minutes for Docklands) before you arrive at the location. Please have your deposit, full payment, as well as a printout of your confirmation email and two forms of identification ready for a smoother check in process. We accept driving licences, passports and national identity cards as forms of identification.

Yes, for a nominal fee we offer transportation to and from the airport during your check-in and check-out times, as well as secure storage for your luggage. You can check the transportation costs from the “Our Services” menu on the home page. We ask that you inform us of your itinerary at least five days in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.

As part of our dedication London Apartments will always endeavour to have your apartment ready for you on the day of your booking, regardless of what time you arrive. In the event that your apartment is not ready by the time you arrive, you can ask us to safely store your luggage and we will secure them free of charge. We can also suggest some local attractions for you to visit until your apartment is prepared for your 3:00 P.M Check-in time.

In the event that you are arriving later than the scheduled booking time we ask that you inform us of your itinerary at least 5 days in advance of your time of arrival by emailing us at so that we can have a member of our staff present to help you Check-in. During your stay at London Apartments we can provide you with the following amenities to make your stay more pleasant:

Provision of extra Towels and Linens – £30 (This service includes a single house keeping visit)

Extra Beds – £ 20 each (This service is not extended to the Docklands apartment)

Baby Cots – £20 each (This service is not extended to the Docklands and Voss Street apartments)
